COST PLUS APPROACH

There is never a bait and switch tactic employed when building with Quality Diversified Custom Homes. Once the plans and specifications are complete, the project will be costed out based on the selections made by the home owner. Since owners preferences can range from A-Z, so can building costs. This selection process helps to establish realistic allowances based on the level of quality the home owner wants to incorporate into their home. If the project comes in over budget, the builder and owner together will establish cost saving ideas to find out what can be reduced or eliminated from the project and what cannot. The cost plus approach allows the builder and home owner to carry out an amicable relationship throughout the building process with no hidden surprises.

Quality is never an issue with Quality Diversified Custom Homes! We strive daily to provide you with the highest quality materials and workmanship available. We implement energy efficient designs, provide you with the latest building technology, and make sure that they are being installed in accordance with the plans/specifications, and the current building codes. We also implement third party inspectors even when it is not required by the local municipality. We outsource the structural 10-year warranty to a company that demands stringent inspections throughout the process. Quality is no accident - we make it happen!

DESIGN

Quality Diversified Custom Homes can assist the home owner throughout the design process in many different ways. We can help you mold your new home to your existing lot or help you find a lot that is suitable for your existing plans. One mistake home owners often make is not selecting plans that are suitable for the topography or configuration of a lot they already own. Nothing is too complicated for us to build, but remember that with complicated intricacies comes premium costs. The only limiting factor of what you can design and what we can build is the overall budget the project can afford. We can assist you with recommending residential designers or we can provide design-build solutions with the latest architectural drafting software based on your initial sketches.

IMPLEMENTATION

Sometimes during the construction process we will discover that the project has more potential than what the designer intended. We pride ourselves on providing subtle suggestions as we see fit to offer the client more value for very little extra cost. Most design changes are absorbed by project savings, so very little if any enhancements come out of the owners pocket at closing. We are always thrilled to provide a home that exceeds the owners expectations!
